Purpose:1,Reports, reference literature, combining production practice, build stable, well- reproducible chuanxiong fingerprints2,Reports, reference literature, combining production practice, establish a stable, well-reproducible daemonorops margaritae fingerprint3,Multiple-index constituent quantitative methods, are more and more used for the determination of effective components of Chinese medicine. This article, adapting the principle that within a certain range ( In the linear range) the quantity of components ( Quality or concentration) is in direct proportion to the response of the detector, examined the fuction relations among ferulic acid, Senkyunolide I , Senkyunolide A, ligustilide and n– Butylidene phthalide 5 in chuanxiong.MateriaL and method:we could use high-performance liquid chromatograph-ion mass spectrometry instrument to analyze the chemical components in chuanxiong medicine under the condition of color spectrum of chuanxiong fingerprint Atlas.Results:1Mainly identifying eight components-- ferulic acid, Senkyunolide I, Senkyunolide H Senkyunolide A, ligustilide, n– Butylidene phthalide and furan ketone, and Riligustilide mainly are identifyed. The results of using gas chromatography method to inspect the chuanxiong and pieces from different producing areas show good similarity of fingerprint Atlas. This method can be used to study the fingerprint Atlas of chuanxiong by gas phase method.2Using the fingerprint method to analyze medicinal materials--daemonorops margaritae in many producing areas show that, apart from origin, other Common Fibraurea Stem medicine fingerprints have high similarity in liquid phase. This method can be used as daemonorops margaritae medicinal materials in liquid phase HPLC fingerprint method,identifying two components in daemonorops margaritae herbs, jatrorrhizine and palmatine.3Multiple-index constituent quantitative methods, are more and more used for the determination of effective components of Chinese medicine. The result shows that it is feasible to use ferulic acid as a measure to evaluate Senkyunolide A and ligustilide.
