Purpose:The study is to explore the forming process Cataplasm pain medicine research. Then the best group on further experiments to investigate the shaping of and skin irritation.Instrument ,material and method:1.Instrument: Japan's new treasure "SHIMPO" FGJ-2-type digital force gauge, PSTC-type initial viscosity test machine, DZF-6050 vacuum drying oven, DK-S26-type electric heated water bath, MODEL DS-671 electronic scale.2. Materials: 60 healthy Kunming mice, male and female, weight 18~22g, pain medicine paste (from Strychnos, Corydalis, borneol and other drug composition), matrix material (sodium polyacrylate, gelatin, carboxymethyl fiber sodium, glycerin, etc.). Orthogonal design assistant Ver3.1, SPSS statistical analysis software Ver10.0.3. Methods: Experiment one use orthogonal design, observing the initial viscosity ,peel strength, cohesion, viscosity-based force of posts pain medicine in each group, by analyzing the initial viscosity, peel strength, cohesion of the experimental data, in order to determine which group Which factors best and play a major role. Experiment two is the best group to do further experiments to explore the best optimized experiment one group ascribed type and skin irritation.Results:1.Experiment one: Shengxuebao mixture can significantly improve the WBC in mice caused by the cyclophosphamide.Whith the model group and control group, all the doses of Shengxuebao mixture can elevated WBC.The best efficacy to the original prescription.Analysis WBC count by orthogonal design software white penoy reached the best significance.2.Experiment two: Shengxuebao mixture can significantly improve the WBC in mice caused by the cyclophosphamide.Efficacy was positively correlated with the dose.Compared with model group,intragastric administration of white paony decoction alone,the WBC also increased significantly.Conclusion:1.Experiment one: By the orthogonal design test initial tack, peel strength, cohesion and viscosity results of the experimental data base force show good bonding properties of the fifth group, no residual peel, stick-based force compliance, so the group results are good, that extract density, Chinese content, water loss was 1.2mg/ml, 9.3g, 30%. Analysis by orthogonal design software the water loss on the initial tack, peel strength, cohesion were significantly affected; medicine content, extract the density of the cohesion of the impact was significant; medicine content, extract the density of the initial tack, peel strength had no significant effect.2.Experiment two: the experiments of Fu paste type and skin irritation of optimal results about posts pain medicine show that the best optimization of the paste-forming type of pain medicine well, no skin irritation and allergic reactions. Proving conclusion of choosing in the experiment 1 is right.
