For those enterprises who want to maintain their competitiveness and marketposition in the competitive market, must take a scientific and rational managementmethod. Along with the social environment, market environment is becomingmore complex, the individual or unit are constantly faced with all kindsof unexpected situation, in this premise, risk management is really essential forthe enterprises. It directly affects the economic efficiency of enterprises, aboutthe development and prospect of enterprises. Scholars and research institutions forthe study of risk management has reached a certain level, based on the researchresults of previous collected and collated, summarized these dataand information, hence to set the theoretical foundation for the case analysis later.One of the main goals of this paper is to identify the risk factors forSanta Marianita mine project, analyzed and summed up the improvement measuresaccording to these risk factors, in order to help the project to have a gooddevelopment in the future.This thesis applied to the risk management theory in a variety of areas, and avariety of research methods. More thorough and comprehensive research on the riskmanagement of Santa Marianita mine project. The research is based on the literaturereview, interview invited experts and professionals, using expert investigationmethod, and personal field investigation, understand and analysisthe situationthroughout the project. Summarized the risk factors for Santa Marianita mineproject, including8first level indexes and30two level line risk index,usingthe weight method to level of the risk assessment. After this, generally with mineproject risk response measures, summed up a set of suitable for Santa Marianita mineproject personality measures.
