In recent years, the problem of environmental pollution is increasingly seriously, especiallyair pollution, it is impact on people’s daily lives seriously. The main factor of air pollution include:energy consumption, automotive exhaust emission, industrial process, road dust, building dust andbiomass burning. The emission of air pollution like particulate matter, fine particulate matter, volatile organic compounds and emissions of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide and otherpollutants increasingly cause the attention of governments and related departments. Textile anddyeing industry is a high pollution and high energy consumption industry, about60million tons offabric are produce every year around the world, a total of1trillion kilowatt hours of electricityconsumption,300million of standard coal,10billion tons of water. Carbon dioxide emissionscaused by energy consumption is the eighth in all of the industry of the country during the yearfrom2000to2012. The carbon emission of textile industry during the year of2012is twice as theyear of2000. The total energy consumption of textile industry was added to6.357million duringthe year of2013, and the consumption during the year of1995was3.531million, it was increased44percent in18years. Among, the energy consumption of textile industry during the year of2010is4.9million of standard coal, it was account for3.2and3.6percentage of national industry andmanufacturing industry. The research of carbon emissions in the textile industry of our country has many scholars fora systematic study, it is carried out from the industrial structure to the technological process to the boundary successfully, and the scholars discusses the calculation method of the listing of thecarbon dioxide emissions produced by energy consumption calculation and the greenhouse gasproduced by the anaerobic wastewater treatment. However, in the actual production process, dyeing and printing wastewater treatment by aerobic method in enterprise is of80%. This topic isstudied for aerobic wastewater treatment method of the calculation of the carbon dioxideemissions, it is mainly through the testing of the organic total carbon content of the wastewatersamples, and then multiplied by the coefficient to calculate the carbon dioxide emissions. In recent years, some high particulate matter emission industries like cement industry, oilchemical industry, and metallurgy industry have in-depth research and analysis. According to thestatistics, analysis and calculation, the total number of direct and indirect emissions of particulatematter of the textile industry in2012is0.22million tons, the amount of fine particulate matteremissions is of0.15million tons. The amount of particulate emissions have been increasing from2000to2007, but a slight decline after2007, from2010to now, it is decreased year by year.Compared with particulate matter, fewer emissions of volatile total organic compounds ofour country’s textile industry, the emissions of volatile total organic compounds in2012up to70thousand tons, but relative to the total emissions of China’s industry, the emissions of volatile totalorganic compounds of textile industry accounted for a third of industrial sectors. This topic will focus on the research of the different with the energy consumed by thewastewater of chemical oxygen demand (COD) and organic carbon between reactive dyes to dyecotton with a wet short steaming dyeing method and the conventional method, and the samespecifications of the cotton cloth and medicines during the test, used three kinds of color of dyesfor dyeing pure cotton fabric including plain orange CBS, plain jager scarlet CBS and plain navyjager CBS, and used different chemical dosage under different process, this would created acontrast of dyestuff amount, and the machines used time in different process is different, such as tosteaming wet short steaming process, and conventional process to baking. Under the condition oflaboratory, the time used in wet steam is shorter than the conventional process, this is equivalent tosave power consumption and indirectly reduce the emissions of the particulate matter, sulfurdioxide and carbon dioxide, in addition with wet short steaming process under the condition ofdyed fabric dyeing depth is high. That is to say, if you want to achieve the same dyeing depth, wetshort steaming process can save dye dosage, the Dye reduction of dosage can decrease the chromaof the dyeing waste water, at the same time, the concentration of chemical oxygen demand (cod)and organic carbon will decline. Through these differences can calculate the difference ofatmospheric pollutant contribution in different process. Calculated by statistical data of China’s textile industry in2012,the fine particulate matteremissions produced by coal consumption and power consumption reached152200tons, theemissions of volatile organic compounds reached7000tons, accounts for the third of industrialsectors, the carbon emissions generated by the energy consumption reached68.65million tons, which is produced by the coal consumption of carbon dioxide emissions was38.66million tons, accounting for56.3%of the total. The consumption of carbon dioxide emissions produced by thepower consumption of carbon dioxide emissions was30million tons.Through research of laboratory accounting, three kinds of dyes in a wet short steaming dyeingprocess conditions of dyeing depth, respectively, compared with the conventional dyeing depthincreased by14%,14%and25%.Under the condition of two kinds of process, in order to achievethe same dyeing depth, aerobic wastewater treatment method of carbon dioxide emissions in theprocess of the difference is93.87kg, the carbon dioxide produced by different power consumptiondifference is4.14kg, that is to say, for every ten thousand meters with reactive dye dyeing cloth, can reduce98.01kg of arbon dioxide emissions, reduce13.53g of articulate matter emissions andreduce9.18g of fine particulate matter emissions.
