The paper describes the design of selection method,controlling system and the debugging method with controlling system for leveler which are used to cold-rolled strip steel. The price of imported leveler is 2-3 times than that of domestic leveler. Not only positional accuracy is low, but also failure rate is high for domestic leveler.In addition; the level of automation is not high. So domestic leveler can not be applied to the production line directly.Based on the case above, the paper designs a new selection method and controlling system. The tasks can be summarized as following list below:Provides the scheme for the replacement of imported leveler with domestic high-precision leveler in order to save cost;Provides the scheme for the replacement of controlling system of domestic leveler with controlling system of independent research and development;Finishes the tasks of selecting the type of leveler by way of analyzing applications of leveler;Finishes the tasks of selecting the manufacturer of leveler by way of analyzing economy,adjusting mechanism,positional accuracy and reliability of leveler;Finishes the tasks of selecting the type of S7300 frame, ET200 station,operating station by way of designing PLC hardware;Finishes the tasks of mode selection,fault alarming,communications,adjusting mechanism and roll change by way of designing PLC software;Finishes the tasks of main picture,diagnosis picture,roll change picture and calibration picture by way of designing HMI software;Finishes the tasks of system debugging by way of checking signal,debugging adjusting mechanism,debugging leveler and debugging the production line.Finishes the design of an economical, reliable, easy-operated precision leveler by way of studying.Realizes of tasks of transformation of leveler for cold rolled recoiling Line in AnSteel and gets good results. Provides a solid foundation for applying leveler on cold rolled recoiling Line. |
