Comprchensive Design And Application Of Coke Oven Flue Gas Desulfurization Denitrification And Waste Heat Recovery

Environmental pollution problem is becoming more and more serious in recent years in our country,the coking of heavy pollution industry as,or blast furnace gas in coke oven gas as fuel,high temperature carbonization of coal for coking production,after combustion exhaust gas out of the chimney to coke oven flue gas containing dust,SO2,NOx,such as air pollution,and ecological environment caused serious harm to human health.Along with the national environmental law,environmental protection department monitoring penalties for polluting industries,coking industry put environmental protection production,emission standard and safety at the same height,is about the survival of the enterprise,if coking enterprise cannot effectively solve the"three wastes" problem,severe pollution,emission standard will not be distributed until closure,environmental pollution seriously restricts the development of coking industry."The thirteenth five-year" period,coking industry to adhere to the green development.We will strengthen research,development,and application of key technologies,processes and equipment for energy conservation and environmental protection,and effectively reduce energy consumption,material consumption,water consumption and total discharge of pollutants.And coke oven chimney pipe furnace sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxide and sulfur dioxide standard control measures,the increasingly strict of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide emissions standards,the coking chemical industrial pollutant discharge standard "(GB 16171-2012)for atmospheric pollutants emission limit value:particulate matter,SO2 and NOx emission concentration of not more than 15 mg/Nm3 respectively,30 mg/Nm3,150 mg/Nm3.Atmospheric SO2 and NOx content increased,the serious threat to human health,damage to the ecological environment is fatal,to strictly enforce national standards,realize the sustainable development of green economy,end of the research and development of coke oven flue gas purification technology,effectively reduce the coke oven gas,the content of SO2 and NOx in control of SO2 and NOx emissions standards.By studying the present situation of coking industry at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the causes of pollution in coke oven production process,and determines the comprehensive control principle of coke oven flue gas.According to the characteristics of coke oven flue gas,starting from the sources and characteristics of SO2 and NOx,four schemes are proposed for the comprehensive treatment of coke oven flue gas of Shenlong Energy Coking Co.,LTD.Through comparison in many aspects,technical scheme ii:low temperature SCR denitration+waste heat recovery + wet desulfurization is determined as the feasible scheme.The design of coke oven flue gas comprehensive treatment is mainly divided into four parts:flue gas denitrification system,waste heat recovery system,heat preparation system,flue gas desulfurization system.The technical scheme of each system is described in detail.Coke oven flue gas desulfurization denitration dust-after operation on the utilization of the waste heat recovery and integration,through test examines the flue gas temperature and the ratio of ammonia nitrogen,the influence of catalyst space velocity on the denitration efficiency,but also examines the desulfurization liquid pH,sulfur and alkali liquid ratio on the desulfurization efficiency,in order to establish the key of the desulfurization denitration efficiency parameters.At the same time,the economic and environmental benefits of waste heat recovery system are analyzed,which is in line with the policy of energy conservation and emission reduction advocated by the country.Through the low temperature SCR denitration++wet desulphurization "of recovery of waste heat system integration project operation,stable running,good index and effect significantly,can not only meet the demand of coke oven flue gas governance,about 109 t in reducing SO2 emissions,reduce NOx emissions is about 1.89 t,greatly reduce the harmful substance of atmospheric pollution,waste heat recovery can provide real economic benefits for enterprises,the production of recovery of waste heat steam 8 t/h.The construction cost and operation cost of this method are relatively low,which is suitable for the coking enterprises under the current conditions.
