Effective identification of urban river water quality characteristics, can provide the decision-making for the river water resources management and protection of reference.Through the field investigation along the river and in April 2013- April 30 2014 monitoring stations, to carry out the water, total nitrogen(TN), ammonia nitrogen(NH4-N), nitrate nitrogen(NO3-N), total phosphorus(TP), chemical oxygen demand(COD), chromium(Cr), copper(Cu), zinc(Zn), lead(Pb), arsenic(As) and cadmium(Cd) and 11 water monitoring analysis of physical and chemical index, analysis of secondary river in spatial and temporal variation characteristics of water environment, water and water of the secondary river water environmental quality evaluation and to evaluate the degree of eutrophication, and secondary river pollution prevention measures and Suggestions were put forward. The main contents and results were as follows:(1) Spatial and temporal variation characteristics of water environment analysis shows that the factors of water quality monitoring in the nutrient pollution is serious, especially eutrophication index of nitrogen in the most significant, and the average of total nitrogen has reached the national surface water environment quality standard(GB/T3838-2002) in the V class water quality of 8 times.Content of the higher levels of qiu dong season, spring and summer is less, and heavy metal pollution time changes marked mainly by precipitation of non-point source pollution, and rivers of Cr, Cu, Zn, Pb, As and Cd the self-purification ability of performance is not outstanding.(2) The correlation analysis showed that the water quality index correlation the time performance is more prominent, mainly in June 2013, in September 2013, 2013 in October, in November 2013, in January 2014 and April 2014.The total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen correlation coefficient of 0.94. By principal component analysis, the secondary river water TN, NH4-N, TP, COD and Pb mainly controlled by the first principal component.2 principal component mainly dominated NO3-N, Cr and Zn, 3 principal components and main control heavy metal 4 principal components.Pollutant distribution of main meteorological north low spatial layout.(3) Using the single factor index method and comprehensive nutrition state index method, respectively, the water of the secondary river water environmental quality and evaluate the state of eutrophication, the results show that the secondary river water quality basic for severe pollution and serious pollution levels. Each monitoring section basic are in serious pollution levels throughout the year. All rivers in each season are in a state of eutrophication, the water eutrophication extent sorting for Panxi He>Qingshui Xi>Tiaodeng He>Huaxi He>Funiu Xi>Chaoyang He.
