Analysis Of Occupational Hazards In Waste Power Generation Enterprises And Countermeasures

With the rapid development of modern social economy,the accelerated urbanization process,the expanded urban population and scale,the domestic garbage has also been generated in large quantities and has become a prominent environmental problem for China.Among them,waste incineration power generation has the advantages of economical land occupation,significant reduction,complete harmless treatment,and conversion to energy.It is valued by more and more countries,and the proportion of waste incineration power generation is increasing year by year.It will become an important direction of energy development to promote sustainable economic,social and environmental development in future.The comprehensive economic benefits of waste incineration power generation for urban domestic waste,waste solids treatment and industrial waste comprehensive utilization also bring new occupational hazards to the employees,posing new health threats.These occupational disease hazards should cause enough attention.This paper analyzes the occupational hazard status of waste-to-energy enterprises by means of occupational health site investigation,occupational hazard factor detection and occupational health management survey of a waste-to-energy power generation enterprise,using occupational disease hazard risk classification method and Singapore semi-quantitative risk.The evaluation method carries out the risk assessment of occupational hazards,provides guidance opinions and suggestions for the improvement and improvement of occupational disease prevention facilities and management measures for waste-to-energy enterprises,and effectively protects the health of workers.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Through the on-site investigation and occupational hazard factors analysis of the production process,labor process,working environment and maintenance process of waste incineration power generation enterprises,it is identified that there are occupational hazards such as noise,dust,chemical poisons,high temperature,biological pathogenic bacteria,occupational psychological tension or fatigue in the process of waste incineration power generation.(2)Combining the results of occupational health on-site testing,using risk grading assessment method and Singapore semi-quantitative risk assessment method to comprehensively analyze and evaluate the occupational hazard factors of waste-to-energy enterprises,and find out the key control positions of waste-to-energy enterprises are garbage hoisting,and the main occupational hazards of boiler duty guards and sewage treatment posts are carbon monoxide,ammonia,hydrogen sulfide,dust and noise.(3)Analyze and evaluate the existing occupational disease hazard prevention measures,analyze the effects of current occupational disease prevention measures,and propose new protective measures for key control links.
