Withing the improvement of people’s life, the single function of organosilicon softer has been unable to satisfy the needs of people, and multifunctional silicone fabric softener has increasingly become more and more important in current research. At present, the three kinds of fabric finishing agent performance, which including excellent hand feeling, good hydrophilicity and good antibacterial property are widely used and studied by people. However, the existing product is difficult to maintain excellent softness, hydrophilicity and antibacterial property. In view of this, the research contents of this paper are shown as follows:(1)The N, N–dimethyl-γ-aminopropyl-γ-aminopropyl polysiloxane(ASO-121) was synthesized by polymerization reaction of hydroxy silicone oil(HSO) and N, N-dimethyl-γ-aminopropyl-γ-aminopropyl methyl dimethoxysilane(KH-Si-121); The intermediate polyetheraminosiloxane(PEAS-121) was synthesized by ring-opening reaction of N, N–dimethyl-γ-aminopropyl-γ- aminopropyl polysiloxane(ASO-121) and epoxy polyether(EPE);The polyether-aminosiloxane(PEAS-121) was quaternized modified by ethyl chloroacetate.As a result, a quaternized polyether-aminosiloxane(QPEAS-121) was synthesized.The chemical structure of QPEAS-121 was characterized by IR and 1H-NMR. The results show that, QPEAS-121 was consistent with expected molecule.(2)Emulsifying the QPEAS-121 by 1350/1390, then there have been transparent, stable micro-emulsion.The particle sizes distribution, charge and film morphology of QPEAS-121 emulsion were tested by nano particle size analyzer and zeta potential analyzer, scanning electron microscope(SEM) and other instruments. Finally, The effects of QPEAS-121 viscosity, amino value, emulsion p H, emulsion dosage and baking conditions on the performance of treatment of cotton fabrics were studied.The results show that, the average particle size of QPEAS-121 emulsion is 38.09 nm, Zeta potential value is +79.63 m V. Fiber film morphology was investigation by SEM showed that the finishing of cotton fiber surface become smooth when using QPEAS-121.The softness, elasticity, hydrophilic, washing resistance and antistatic property of treated fabric could be greatly raise, when the viscosity of QPEAS-121 is controlled in 1500 m Pa?s, amino value is 0.6mmol/g, emulsion p H is 6, the dosage of emulsion is 8g/L, baking temperature is 160℃, and finishing baking time was 30 s.(3)The quaternized poly trimethoxy silane(QEPTS) was synthesized by ammonolysis reaction of epoxy polyether trimethoxy silane(EPTS) and twelve alkyl two methyl amine(N12). Then quaternized polyether organosilicon resin(QPESR) was synthesized by hydrolysis polycondensation reaction of QEPTS and methyl triethoxy silane(MTES). The chemical structure of QPESR was characterized by IR and 1H-NMR. The results show that, QPESR was consistent with expected molecule.(4)The particle sizes distribution, charge and film morphology of QPESR emulsion were tested by nano particle size analyzer and zeta potential analyzer, scanning electron microscope(SEM) and other instruments. Finally, The effects of QPESR emulsion p H, emulsion dosage and baking conditions on the performance of treatment of cotton fabrics were studied. The results show that, The average particle size of QPESR emulsion is 3.12 nm, the value of Zeta potential is +18.3m V. Fiber film morphology was investigation by SEM showed that the finishing of cotton fiber surface become smooth when using QPESR. The elasticity, antistatic property, hydrophilic and washing resistance of treated fabric could be greatly raise, when QPESR emulsion p H is 6, the dosage of emulsion is 8g/L, baking temperature is 160℃, and finishing baking time was 30 s. At the same time, QPESR endows the fabric with excellent antibacterial property and lasting antibacterial effect.(5)A composite hydrophilic softener was prepared with quaternized polyether-aminosiloxane(QPEAS-121) and quaternized polyether organosilicon resin(QPESR) by composite emulsifier. The type, ratio of composite emulsifier and the ratio of raw materials was investigated. The results show that, the optimal type and ratio of emulsifier is m(1350): m(1370): m(1390)=1:2:1. And the optimal ratio of composite hydrophilic softener is m(QPEAS-121): m(QPESR)=7:3.(6)The particle sizes distribution, charge and film morphology of composite hydrophilic softener emulsion were tested by nano particle size analyzer and zeta potential analyzer, scanning electron microscope(SEM) and other instruments. Finally, The effects of composite hydrophilic softener emulsion p H, emulsion dosage and baking conditions on the performance of treatment of cotton fabrics were studied. The results show that, The average particle diameter of latex is 25.08 nm, the value of Zeta potential is +36.3m V. Fiber film morphology was investigation by SEM showed that the finishing of cotton fiber surface become smooth when using composite hydrophilic softener.The softness, elasticity, hydrophilic, washing resistance and antistatic property of treated fabric could be greatly raise, when composite hydrophilic softener emulsion p H is 6, the dosage of emulsion is 10g/L, baking temperature is 160℃, and finishing baking time was 30 s. composite hydrophilic softener combines the excellent performance of QPEAS-121 and QPESR, it makes the fabrics more comprehensive performance, and endows the fabric with excellent antibacterial property and lasting antibacterial effect.
