Ship usually voyaged in the areas of inland lakes, rivers and inland sea, so Turbine and propeller flow components must be served for a long time in solid liquid gas of multiphase fluid corrosion medium. Erosion, cavitation erosion and the combined effect of both can be the cause of damage. In this paper, aluminium bronze was used to researched in the erosion behavior of multiphase flow, which was based on the actual working condition of the propeller.1. Optimization of the shortage of the existing testing machine, and then add dynamic electrochemical system overall design. The device of the present invention can real-time monitor the change of electrochemical parameters and sample to obtain the relevant dynamic electrochemical parameters.2. The operating mode of propeller simulation can be achieved by Erosion tester. And then, the influential factors of the failure and the influence law was researched by Weight loss analysis, Morphology observation and surface roughness measurement. Research conclusions are as follows:(1) With the flowing rates increasing,Erosion intensity and corrosion current density were increased, which can lead to corrosion intensifies and then increased material weightlessness.(2) With the sediment concentration increasing, the surface of the material increase in the number of hit from grains per unit area. Under the condition of the same concentration, the sand particle size was not directly proportional to the loss of material. When the grains of sand particle size is 0.3 mm, sample weight loss is the largest.(3) Grains of sand on the impact of the sample can be divided into horizontal component and vertical component. Wash surface cutting action of horizontal component and vertical component have knock-on effects on erosion surface. Cutting was dominating in erosion-wear mechanism at low angles, while both cutting and impact took effect at high angle.(4) Compare to clean water, sodium chloride solution can lead to larger aluminum bronze weight loss. The characteristics of material surface can be changed by Corrosive medium.(5) In the process of erosion, Plastic deformation occurred in the surface of the aluminum bronze. The crack first appeared in the alpha/beta, and then the internalexpansion crack. High dislocation density of the surface happenned because of cavitation, which effectively prevented crack extention and made the hardness increased, and then hardening phenomenon was shown on the sample surface,which can lead to material erosion resistant ability enhancement.
