In recent years,a lot of accidents, such as pipeline damage, breakage and leakage, caused by internal corrosion, have been occurred frequently. It brings huge economic losses, and causes serious environmental pollution. The prediction and assessment of internal corrosion can provide a strong guarantee for the safe operation of pipelines. The multiphase flow pipeline internal corrosion is the result of the combined action of corrosion and erosion. This paper uses OLGA and ECE softwares to simulate the multiphase flow pipeline uniform corrosion, studies the influence of velocity, temperature, pressure, water content,GOR,H2S content, routing and other factors;uses ANSYS 17.2 Fluent software to simulate gas-liquid-solid pipeline erosion, studies the influence of velocity, pressure,GLR,particle size, particle mass flow, routing and other factors;completes the sensitivity analysis based on the grey correlation analysis method;establishes a prediction model of multiphase flow pipeline internal corrosion;takes Changqing Oilfield's gathering and transportation pipeline system as the research object, predicts the pipelines internal corrosion situation, and compares the prediction results with the field test data. The results show that the prediction error is generally less than50%,and the established corrosion model can be well applied to the prediction of internal corrosion in Changqing Oilfield gathering and transportation pipeline. Finally, this paper takes NACE SP0116 multiphase flow pipeline internal corrosion direct assessment?MP-ICDA?standard as a guide, assesses the corrosion degree of pipe body, the residual strength and the corrosion damage of pipeline, predicts the trend of corrosion development, and provides some advices to guide the operation and production in the future.
