Research On Classification Policy Of Municipal Household Garbage In Nanning

With economic development rapidly, continuous expansion of city scale, so the quantity of municipal household garbage is also increasing.The news “Garbage around City” has appeared in the newspapers frequently. The landfill is the main way of Nanning municipal household garbage disposal, landfill plant has to bear such a burden. A lot of resources will be wasted and the health of human being affected if the municipal household garbage treated unreasonably. Therefore, the municipal household garbage disposal is a problem. Until last year,Nanning city began to attempt household garbage classification in ten residential communities in order to change the status quo gradually.This paper aims to review the current domestic and foreign research status of municipal household garbage by reading a lot of literature,making field research and using comparative research etc. research methods, and defining the related concepts and theoretical guidance,studying the application and implementation of the theory of public goods,the theory of circular economy and public governance theory in Nanning municipal household garbage classification policy. There are many problems and shortcomings of the garbage classification policy in the implementation process through the research on the part of those communities. In the analysis of the current situation and problems of Nanning municipal household garbage classification policy, the foreign experience of classification of relevant policies will be learnt to improve classification methods and give more suggestions by finding out the problems. In order to change the current situation, Nanning City should embark on the road of garbage classification and recycle that garbage as soon as possible.
