Reserch Of Mould Parts Production Scheduling System Based On MES

The scientific management of mould designing and manufacturing process is helpful to improve the mould productivity and the utilization ratio of its workshop resources, shorten the mould production cycle, and reduce the mould manufacturing cost. This paper, based on the full analysis of mould production characteristics and production process, aiming at the existing problems in the actual production of mould parts, putting the optimization of mould processing and the scheduling management as the core, carries out the research of mould parts production scheduling system based on MES,and accomplishes the production plan making, automatic programming,production management function of mould parts. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the ADO database technology and the MFC program development,the information input of mould and mould parts, the process formation of mould parts,and process scheduling input of parts has been orderly achieved to actualize the establishment of production plan. In that, the process formation of mould parts is the premise of parts process scheduling input; process scheduling input of parts means the allocation of processing machine tool and machining time in the working procedure of parts, and is the concrete implementation of production plan;( 2) Manufacturing the programming process template according to their classification.The two schemes of auto-programming selection with template and process were concurrence designed based on UG/OPEN and CBR technology. Store the generated NC code list and the CNC processing program list in the database,achieving the data sharing with production control.(3) By ADO database operation technology and GDI+ graphics technology, the part process receiving and accomplishment from machine tool, the query of Gantt chart scheduling can be completed with the help of MFC program development in a particular sequence. Gantt chart scheduling makes the process of parts be arranged inthe form of Gantt chart on the horizontal axis of time(machine tool is the vertical axis), and make the processing condition be performed in the method of coloring, to accomplish the graphic, image management of mould parts production.
