With the global economics turning into buyer's market since 21 century, the development trend of product demand is transferring from standardization and batch production to diversification and individuation, meanwhile the manufacturing type is also evolving from volume-production to one-of-a-kind production (OKP). Contemporary die and mould manufacturing enterprise is the typical OKP enterprise that produce facilities such as moulds and detecting tools professionally, which possesses characteristics of general OKP enterprise and some other production and management features because of the particularity of mould production process. For a certain mould manufacturing enterprise, the production planning management capability for the mould manufacturing process is the sticking point which determines the market competitive power. Therefore, it is very significative for the mould manufacturing enterprise to research and establish a computer aided production planning management system that can satisfy the requirement in practical manufacturing environment based on OKP mode, so that it can help the mould manufacturing enterprise to develop the management capabilities and enhance the market competitive power.To solve this problem, a mould production planning management system based on OKP mode (OKP_MPPMS) is put forward according to the actual manufacturing condition, which aims to handle the changeableness and uncertainty problems in die and mould manufacturing enterprise.A concept and definition of virtual production management system (VPMS) is presented and the architecture of adaptive control for VPMS is established as well. According to VPMS the framework of OKP_MPPMS is analyzed, which includes its position in enterprise information integration system, function structure model, technical framework model, 2-layer scheduling framework, cybernetic model, and analyzing system running procedure according to its general workflow.In multi-project environment, a mapping mechanism between network diagram and Petri net model is presented. According to this mapping mechanism the TCPN-CS model of resource-constrained multiple projects scheduling problem for mould projects is set up, based on this model the method for solving mould multi-project scheduling problem under dynamical situation is provided.In order to solve the dynamical scheduling problem in mould shop floor, a dynamical scheduling framework based on virtual production system is built up. To be specific, the definition of dynamical events and their watching algorithm are put forward, the calculating methods of dynamical task set and rescheduling parameters are brought forward, the mould VPS scheduling model based on TCPN-CS is established and a hybrid algorithm with PN and GA combined that can solve task scheduling and allocating problem simultaneously is put forward to solve the VPS dynamical scheduling problem.According to synthesizing the merit of multi-objective Programming and Fuzzy AHP, A hybrid outsourcing partner selection algorithm oriented to mould manufacturing enterprise is put forward, which makes a better combination between subjective preferences and objective evaluation of the decision-maker.According to research on system architecture and key technologies of OKP_MPPMS mentioned above, its prototype system is designed and developed based on ASP.NET technology framework. Moreover, from the point of practicality the key technologies, main running procedures and function modules of the prototype system are validated and tested by practical datum acquired from Shanghai Shen Mo Die & Mold Manufacturing Co. Ltd. As a result the framework of this prototype system is proofed to be tally with the actual production planning procedures for a mould manufacturing enterprise, the user interface is friendly and the system is easy to be maintained. This prototype system is considered to be a good utility values and application scope.
