Through the combing and optimize enterprise safety production management of the business process,in the original essence of coal mine management system cannot meet the demand of new situation,the existing system is tailored for the essence of coal mine safety management of the new system.According to the established the essence of coal mine safety management system and standard,system will input and early warning and assessment risk factors existing in the system of coal mine production and could lead to harmful result and degree and the involved person,machine,ring,four aspects of information.The inspection results in the form of statements will for statistical analysis.To ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the early warning,for managers to make decisions more reasonable safety,the coal mining enterprises to better guidance for accident control and prevention.This paper designed and implemented the coal mine intrinsically safe information management system.SQL Server database and JAVA language is used based on B/S three layer architecture model.The system mainly includes five modules:system management、the assessment based information management、assessment management、risk management、statistical analysis.From the nature of open-pit coal mine safety management information system design and implementation,paper compared to a complete introduction of the essence of coal mine safety management information system development process,mainly in view of the overall system design,system architecture and system realization technology made detail in this paper.
