In order to improve the situation of production safety, safety management model ismore and more widely implicated in the essence of non-coal mining enterprises, but theexisting evaluation index system of enterprise safety culture is difficult to evaluate thestatus of the enterprise safety culture in non-coal mines for intrinsically safe, so how toscientific and rational evaluation for intrinsically safe effect of the non-coal mineenterprise safety culture construction to become one of the key problems of the type ofenterprise. Therefore, the content of this paper has important significance in theory andpractice. Based on this, specific research content is as follows:Firstly, this thesis elaborate research background and significance, research statusat home and abroad is analyzed, on this basis, to facilitate follow-up studies, based onthe related theories such as safety culture theory, essence safety related theory analysis,in order to further study and lay the theoretical foundation.Secondly, according to the connotation of intrinsic safety and non-coal miningenterprises characteristics, combining with the principle of evaluation index system, toestablish safety culture in construction enterprise in non-coal mines for safetyevaluation model. The system consists of four secondary indicators and15tertiaryindicators, combined with analytic hierarchy process (AHP), entropy weight coefficientmethod and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method etc, to establish AHP-entropy-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, facing to enterprise non-coal mine intrinsicallysafe culture construction effect evaluation.Finally, based on the above research, taking Chongqing old Han Ping lead-zincmine as an example, use the evaluation model, and verify the effectiveness of theproposed thesis research results and scientific.
