Construction Method And Application Of Intrinsically Safe Mode For Coal Mine Enterprise

According to the theory of moidern accidental causes,the four factors that lead to accidents include human unsafe behavior,insecurity,environmental and management factors,and among them,human safety behavior is the first factor.According to statistics,in China s coal m,ine accidents,violations of regulations,management,and other human accidents accounted for more than 96.5%of the total accidents.Therefore,based on the modern accident causation theory,starting from the unsafe behavior of the controlling person,it is of great practical significance to study the method of constructing the intrinsic safety mode of coal mines and to effectively control coal mine accidents in China.Based on investigations and studies of a large number of domestic and foreign documents,the research results of existing intrinsic safety theory are analyzed,and the basic concepts,development process,connotation and characteristics of intrinsic safet)y are summarized.The differences between intrinsic safety and traditional safety and the intrinsic safety at home and abroad application situation are analyzed.Based on the basic theories and methods such as"Human-centered principle","iceberg theoryl" and "modern accident cause theory",the basic attributes.of connotation,characteristics and construction significance of the intrinsically safe mine are concise,laying the foundation for constructing the intrinsically safe mine model.Fundamentals:To study ways to achieve intrinsically safe mines,propose methods for constructing,intrinsically safe mine patterns,and formulate basic models,systems,and operating mechanisms for intrinsically safe mines.Taking the Yunjialing mining area as the research object,the intrinsically safe mine pattern was actually applied,the intrinsically safe mine pattern,system and operation mechanism of Yunjialing Mine were formulated,and the corporate safety culture based on the intrinsically safe mine pattern was proposed.This article systematically studies the methods of constructing intrinsically safe mine patterns from various aspects such as the basic concepts of intrinsic safety,relevant theoretical methods,and field practices,and conducts on-site application and practical tests.The research results can provide theoretical guidance for the construction of intrinsically safe mines,and it is of great significance to realize the safety production of coal mine enterprises and ensure the safety of miners.
