This paper mainly studies the CNC row-turning tools lathe design and test. It includes the domestic CNC lathes application, CNC lathe structure, CNC row-turning tools lathe design, CNC row-turning tools lathe aspects were detected research and analysis. CNC machine tool design is a systematic work, the designer must fully consider the current development, technology maturity and market competitiveness and other factors, targeted structural, precision, configuration design, to solve customer problems from starting, in order to create a good products that meet customer needs.CNC lathes currently in the country has been widely used, with the machine simple structure, reliable performance and cost advantages, has gradually replaced the traditional lathe, become the main equipment of domestic machinery industry lathe tool. But as a general class of equipment, the CNC lathe in the structural design of large and users tend only to the actual use of a few of their processing capacity, resulting in wasted on the machine processing capacity, footprint, energy consumption, for short-axis workpieces need targeted machine.The current configuration of the main structure and CNC lathes is described, providing support for options. Structurally from the machine, CNC lathe can be divided into the economy, universal CNC lathe two categories. Economical CNC lathe is based on the CNC lathe transformation from general machining accuracy IT7 level; universal CNC lathe structure can be divided into flat bed. saddle structure and oblique slant bed, flat saddle structure, general machining IT6 level accuracy. The new flat bed machine selection, oblique saddle structure, configuration, two axis rails, design and processing accuracy IT6 level. From the initial design of the overall machine design, component optimization to the actual cutting prototype, dynamic and static tests, the use of finite element analysis tools, rail screw checking tools, castings stress analysis tools such as three-dimensional displacement model of the design and verification, effectively guarantee the accuracy of the model design.The accuracy of detection of articles is improved. After the prototype manufactured by the whole movement detection accuracy, sample turning detection, noise detection and protection performance test measures the performance of the machine, confirm the rationality of design, accuracy, and tested to identify the problems for rectification, and ultimately through the product acceptance, to achieve the industrial production targets. In this paper, the structure of existing machines, for the communications industry, the automobile industry, medical industry, industrial connectors for small shaft parts in large quantities, more tools, high efficiency and other requirements, the design of a row of machine tool, using finite element analysis software static and dynamic optimization of overall performance, improve the structure of the components, so that the machine remains in top working condition; machine using telescopic spindle unit structure, to achieve high-speed, high-efficiency machining; X-axis slide using the slide fixed, mobile rail structure in increasing the X-axis travel down to ensure that the tooling when the force point is always in the center of the slider, improve machine stability; within the machine tool design is simple; the appearance of new machine protection, waterproof performance.
