As the the dynamic properties of numerically-controlled machine is increasingly higher and higher.,we made the aggregate dynamic properties analysis for the lathe bed of XK7132 numerically-controlled machine for the moment.We made the actual measure and analyses of the machine tool that localed in the field.And then, we made the theoretical modal analysis with the finite element software of ansysy and workbnech.Thus,we got the front four free running frequency, its principal mode and others modal parameter.And then we made experimental modal analysis to verify the theory modeling modal analysis.We did the impulsing upon the lathe bed with the dynamic situation data collection and analytic system developed by DongHua test limited company.At last, we got the transfer function data and made the real-time spectra.We got the modal parameter of the lathe bed with DHMA experimental mold analytical software. Thus,we got the free running frequency and modality mode of vibration in the frequency range which we are interested in. We made the contradistinction to previous finite element model modal analysis,and finally, we got the dynamic characteristics of the lathe bed, which supply the referable conclusion for optimization design of the lathe bed.
