Car-annealing furnace is a most widely used industrial furnace,and it is also an important equipment and machinery for heat treatment. Now there are a lot of manual operations in annealing furnace belong our steel companies,the annealing furnace has not achieve automatic control,car-annealing furnace adjusting temperature and flow must rely on regulating valve.So car-annealing furnace require a higher level of automatic control.Because in industrial production the controlled object has one-way, time delay, large inertia and time- varying characteristics. Although the traditional PID control is simple and easy to operate, but it is difficult to achieve precise control of the furnace temperature.So,research annealing furnace temperature control system to increase productivity, improve product quality, energy conservation and other aspects are important. For the actual situation of the scene,the design background ofThis subject is the temperature control system of car-annealing furnace in Daqing factory. Based on annealing furnace process and technological requirement, this subject elaborate the whole design process of automatic temperature control system.In order to better improve the furnace temperature control precision, the subjectdesigned based on PLC’s car-annealing furnace te mperature control system.Its control algorithm uses parameters self-tuning fuzzy PID control algorithm, and it’s model simulation is completed in SIMULINK of MATLAB.The simulations results show that: Compared the temperature control system based on parameters self-tuning fuzzy PID and the temperature control system based on conventional PID,the former is faster response time, adjusting the shorter, smaller overshoot.The temperature control system of the subject consists of two parts,that is the upper monito ring system and the lower control system.By industrial computer the upper monitoring systems conducts process monitoring, parameter modification, data storage, data query and other operations. The lower control system achieves precise control of temperature by PLC combined parameters self- tuning fuzzy PID control algorithm. This subject’s research and design of the car-annealing furnace temperature control system has a higher level of control, resource efficiency and business benefits.Since the car-annealing furnace temperature control system has been put into operation, the actual operation results show:The system is stable and reliable, high degree of automation, temperature control accuracy to within ± 5 ℃, well positioned to meet the design requirements tha furnace temperature is stable, uniform.The system is easy to operate, easy to operate and control by field technicians. this system also improves product quality and reduce ener gy consumption.In summary, this car-annealing furnace temperature control system has very high value.
