Spontaneous combustion of coal is not only destructive to the coal resources and environment, but also bring mine worker safety and mine safety production much more great harm. The 90% coal is underground mining in China, there are many unsafe factors in underground operation, Five disasters threatens safe production. The coal mine fire, has become one of the major natural disasters in coal mine. The spontaneous combustion of coal seam will not only losses a lot of valuable coal resources, but also will produce a lot of toxic harmful gases, for example: CO、CO2、SO2、NO2 gas etc, the most serious gas for CO.In 2013 of Hebei Province at Dongpang Coal Mine 2# coal seam working face goaf spontaneous combustion of coal seam and CO gas drainage borehole accident exceed the standard. In the treatment of goaf coal spontaneous combustion, used laboratory natural coal gas marker experiment and method for filling inert gas with a combination of effective control of the fire; In the treatment of drainage hole of carbon monoxide exceed the standard problem, by arranging the observation borehole comparison method to determine the major source of carbon monoxide. Although the accident has been effectively controlled, but bring the coal mine caused a great economic loss. The accident in order to more effective prevention and early warning of coal seam spontaneous combustion of coal seam and find the 2# carbon monoxide problem source, the field measurement, survey, theoretical analysis, computer numerical simulation and engineering method and other kinds of comprehensive research method,the spontaneous combustion of coal seam in Dongpang 2# coal seam and CO exceed the standard problem was systematically studied, The main conclusions are as follows.(1) Research in Laboratory of 2# coal seam index gas, get index gas for the coal seam: CO、 C2H4、C3H8、C2H2 gas etc. When dealing with goaf coal spontaneous combustion, the first sampling detecting goaf gas composition, Determine the degree of oxidation of residual coal in goaf gas utilization index, then using the method of perfusion of the inert gas to control the spontaneous combustion of coal seam, in reperfusion after a certain time, sampling and testing, comparison of index gas fire control effect of judgment. Used this method, the effective control of 2# coal seam goaf coal spontaneous combustion accident.(2) Through the theoretical analysis, the sources of carbon monoxide in the drainage hole is mainly from three aspects:①From the outside(due to blasting, fire generated);② Coal due to broken by the vibration effect, makes the carbon monoxide desorption;③ Around of the borehole in coal oxidation formation.The scene by arrange three different positions of the observation hole, Comparison of different borehole position(15 meters, 30 meters and 45 meters) of carbon monoxide concentration change, find out the cause of carbon monoxide exceed the standard,eliminate hidden dangers to the safety in production.
