The technology of supercritical fluid extraction is a new extraction and separation technology. The shortcomings of current supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) technology are pointed out, and the development of supercritical fluid continuous extraction (SFCE) in process, equipment and key technology is introduced. It has the advantages of high efficiency, safety and reliability, energy saving and environmental protection with broad prospect of application and research.On the basis of the continuous solid material extraction and sterilization equipment, the process of continuous extractor that belonged to the piston chamber structure is introduced. On the basis of SFCE, fractional continuous extraction is achieved and the specific process is given.As for the key technology of the continuous extractor that belonged to the piston chamber structure, reciprocating dynamic seals with high pressure, author design a new seal structure that is mainly composed by the sealing piston. On the basis of sealing piston, the test device for reciprocating dynamic seals with high pressure is designed and manufactured. The device includes cylinder, piston, drive screw, sleeve, flat flange, screw cap, thrust bearing and so on. The design idea, specific structures and innovations of the test device are given. According to works of the continuous extractor that belonged to the piston chamber structure, author use test device measure reciprocating dynamic sealing pressure and sealing leakage. Using different materials and structures, we can give the optimal solution and the operational life.As for the contact process in the experiments, ANSYS software is used to simulate. According to the actual size of test device, geometric model is established. Author select Mooney-Rilvin mathematical model, and separately simulate the contact process on preload condition, on working condition and on worn condition. And it shows that the seals are effective on those conditions. The life of worn process is simulated further.Analyzing the results of the test for reciprocating dynamic seal with high pressure and the contact process in simulation, the continuous extractor that belonged to the piston chamber structure is designed as an example.The research achievement is of great significance to further SFCE technology study.
