Modern induction furnace lining is constituted of the fireproof material. Ingredient package system in China mainly uses the method of artificial ingredient, but there are plenty of shortcomings such as low productive efficiency, dust. Ingredient package system from abroad mostly uses the method of automatic ingredient, which costs too much and will be difficult to maintain. So it could largely enhance productivity and save the labor cost to designing an automatic system which cover batching, weighing, transportation, mixing and packaging.Firstly, subject analyzes the mechanical structure and technological processes of the automatic ingredient package system. Control scheme is set according to the design requirement. Industrial control tablet is adopted as the host computer, and SIMENS PLC is used as core controller for the whole equipment. The host computer could make the ingredient parameter setting and system monitoring come true. PLC realizes motion control for the field device through digital modules, Industrial Ethernet and Profibus-DP.Hardware is designed according to the control scheme, including equipment selection, drawing, electrical circuit connection and parameter setting. Then, mathematical model is built aiming at key links, weighing unit. The subject moves on to the simulation under MATLAB basing on iterative learning algorithm, and analyzes the simulation result. On the strength of work mentioned above, software design is represented, including PLC hardware configuration, PLC programming, host computer Win CC configuration.In the end, subject completes the system construction. After several times of modifications, not only an automatic ingredient is achieved, but also ingredient accuracy and ingredient period meet the technological requirement.
