As the key procedure in the production of the ore furnace,the efficiency and precision of the batching is directly related to the level of the output and the quality of the product.The performance of the batching control system is the key to ensure the efficiency and quality of the production.Based on the mining furnace batching project of a ferroalloy production enterprise in Qinghai,this paper designs an automatic batching system for the ore furnace through analyzing the technological process and the main factors affecting the efficiency and accuracy of the automatic batching system.The control system are also studied in this paper.Firstly,according to the user's request for the ore smelting batching,on the basis of studying the development background and research status of the domestic and international batching system,we determine to use the weight reduction method.The overall control plan of the system is determined,and the lower position control system and the upper monitoring system are designed from the whole aspect.Then,according to the overall control scheme of the system,the PLC,module and other hardware are selected,and circuit are designed.The S7 communication protocol dedicated by Siemens PLC and the S7.NET communication protocol written by C# programming language are used to realize PLC communication and the communication between the PLC and the PC,to realize stable and reliable communication between the devices of the control system.And we use the C# language and object-oriented programming design to design the data acquisition software and the upper monitoring software of the batching system.Secondly,through studying the composition and working principle of the weighing bucket and vibrating feeder,combined with the theoretical analysis and simulation verification of the main causes of the error in the batching process,the speed control of the deceleration phase of the batching process is fit for using the fuzzy speed governing algorithm,with the combination of the PI-type iterative self-learning algorithm to eliminate the current error and cumulative error,so as to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the batching system.Finally,according to the technological process,the lower position machine logic control program is designed.Analyzing the logical relationship and function between the main sub-programs in the batching process,we design the feeding sub-program,the dispensing sub-program,the conveying sub-program and the silo switching subroutine in the conveying process.After completing the above research work,the on-site commissioning,it turns out that plant commissioning and actual operation results of the system show that the weight reduction automatic batching system designed in this subject can fully achieve high precision,high speed and strong stability batching,which meets with the design and control requirements of this system.
