In this paper,2#1080m~3blast furnace an STEEL&IRON Co. transformed as thebackground. Before the reform due to the system is not high degree of automation,artificial factors are more, so influence the whole of the blast furnace system ofproduction quality and yield. In2#blast furnace control system of the transformationprocess, design ideas is the safe and stable operation, simple maintenance convenientthat adopted IEC way of transformation. Namely, electric control, instrument controland computer are connected through two layers of communication network, on theoperator station HMI realize the supervision and control of the production site.In this paper, the main work to the enterprise under the2#1080m3blast furnacetrough of feed control system design and implementation. In the process, on the basis ofdetailed analysis, basic automation level of the Siemens company’s S7-400PLC andcomposition ET200M distributed measurement and control network. And using STEP7V5.4programming software for programming controller. Monitoring management leveluse the Siemens company monitoring configuration software WinCC configurationV6.2, realize the data real-time recording and on-site monitoring, design dynamicoperation,for example the trough Weighing compensation set table,the main screen andso on. Monitoring stations between industrial computer system with the PLC system,through the optical fiber industrial Ethernet ring network connection; PLC and fielddevice by profibus-dp field bus connection. Through the two layers of communicationnetwork, PLC and industrial computer can give full play to their advantage. When design program of groove’s materials weighing, it uses error compensationalgorithm which is adopted in a certain extent realizes the weighing of self learning. Thedata obtained at the scene debugging stage show that using this method to weigh theerror caused by the already small, reflect this design is stable and reliable.Through this transformation, not only improves the production efficiency of2#blast furnace, also save on labor costs, and reduces the pollution to the environment.
