Oat seed moisture content is 11.41%, the bulk density is 731 g/L, thousand seed weight is 23.76 g/1000 grains, hardness of 50 N, means the oats is full, moderate hardness, maturity is better. In addition, the total dietary fiber content is 14.71% in oats, insoluble dietary fiber content is 8.76%, soluble dietary fiber content is 5.95%, P-glucan content is 4.55%.2, Oats peeling test prototype design. Main technical parameters are as follows, the spiral throughput of 1.5 t/h, the roller speed of 250 r/min, the roller linear velocity of 1.57 m/s, the movement area of 0.4 m2-h/(st), peeling stress of 2.1×104Pa, the power is 11 kW. The main components of oats peeling machine including inlet device, peeling room, discharging device and transmission device, etc..3, The test research of oats peeling. The main factors influencing the oats peeling are raw moisture content, the working frequency, the size of feeding door and export pressure, using single factor test and orthogonal test, taking output, peeling rate, broken rate and P-glucan content as the evaluation indexes.
