Research And Implementation On Emergency Rescue Information Platform For Underground Mines Based On Mobile Intelligent Terminal

China is a country rich in mineral resource, mineral resource is a significant materials basis of national economic and social developing, however underground mines’ complex productive condition and nasty environment lead to that safety production still be unoptimistic.Nowadays, emergency rescue plans are all kinds of text form, and they couldn’t be carried with one by people, once accident happens, it would affect rescue efficiency of emergencyactions been taken to browse text plans. Smartphone has advantages of easy to carry with, stronge expansibility, and could be installed kinds of software. Installing information platform of emergency rescue in every miner’s smartphone could make miners take rescue and evacuate actions according to emergency rescue plans been prepared on information platform when accidents happen.This paper on the basis of our country’s emergency rescue situation, according to demands of country’s mines emergency rescue of accidents, proposes the system should include six parts of content: emergency preparation, formation of emergency plans, emergency reponse, emergency operation, emergency security and emergency exercise, also does some introduction of their details.According to the need of emergency rescue system for underground mines,carries on the demand analysis to the emergency rescue information platform.This paper use Java language to establish a mine’s emergency rescue information system on Android developed platform called Eclipse, has designed database of system, server-side and communication module.The emergency rescue information platform realize the function of five modules: system management, emergency plans,emergency address list, emergency materials and emergency assistants.The application example shows that the emergency rescue information platform could make people inquire mine’s basic condition, emergency rescue plan, communication mode of rescue people and emergency materials, when accidents happen, we could roundly get underground mine’s basic condition of emergency rescue via information platform, could make reactions timely and fleetly and take emergency dealing messures, it has very stronge practical applicability, and is going to be a beneficial try of new road of emergency rescue.
