The rapid development of the computer and network information technology has brought about the continuous transformation of the manufacturing industry.As one of the core contents of the advanced manufacturing technology,the network numerical control technology is developing towards the direction of opening,networking,flexibility and intelligence.CNC machining is an important means of mechanical manufacturing,which can monitor the state data of CNC machining remotely.It is of great significance to the management of workshop equipment,the rational use of resources,and the advance training of CNC machining personnel in intelligent factory.The intelligentized and practical degree of the open network CNC Monitoring system needs the experience of the user.So this article starts from the user's point of view and takes into the consideration the features of the convenience,representational and real time of the intelligent manufacturing,which is ready to design the network CNC Monitoring system on the mobile terminal.This paper is based on the Android system platform and the structure of Client/Server(client / server),and designs the client's date,sending / receiving data of the clients and the TCP server that can receive the NC code and the feedback network CNC equipment by the TCP/IP protocol.And it creates the simulation NC platform for the five axis machining equipment driven by USB data bus and FPGA pulse control card that used to test the operation coordination of the system.Through the research of this subject,it provides guidance for the network management in the factory and the network Monitoring of the workshop CNC system,and also provides experience for the intelligent and integrated CNC Manufacturing Management Monitoring System development in the future.
