Comprehensive recovery of Pb-Zn-Ag polymetallic sulfide ore is a difficult problem of comprehensive utilization of mineral resources. The traditional process of Pb-Zn-Ag polymetallic sulfide ore dressing recovery, in high alkaline conditions with lime inhibiting pyrite recovery of lead, zinc metal minerals, resulting in serious losses of the associated silver, lead, zinc are contained serious, low defect rate of recovery, its difficult to achieve the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources with high purpose, this paper takes Nanjing Qixia mountain high sulfur and low lead zinc silver mine as the research object to study the comprehensive recovery of associated silver technology lead, zinc and, to find more appropriate to provide a basis of comprehensive recovery of associated silver process. The main contents are as follows:Based on the process mineralogy and flotation behavior of the results of the study, carried out study on a new process of comprehensive recovery of silver low lead-zinc Nanjing sulfur. According to the ore properties, the development of the new technology “low alkali medium and high concentration of fineness floatation”, namely in the grinding fineness-0.074 mm content accounted for 80%, the selected slurry concentration of about 50%, with high selectivity for Pb minerals developed by Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, collector LNP-02 lead fast selection of collector, sulfur and nitrogen lead slow collector, in the pulp p H flotation of lead, silver minerals in low alkaline medium from 9 to 10, is conducive to enhance the rate and lead the main grade of lead and silver recovery of flotation tailings; using copper sulfate as activating agent, butyl xanthate as collector in favor of zinc mineral back collect.The new technology into the Nanjing lead-zinc polymetallic deposit of industrial application. The results show that the new process, compared with the original process showed advanced well. Compared with the original process, the new process superiority index, the effect is remarkable, a larger decline in ore grade under the condition of not only won the high grade lead, zinc concentrate, and lead zinc silver ore dressing recovery rate significantly increased, which lead zinc silver recovery rate than the original process(2011 annual average production index) were increased by about 3, 3 and 4 percentage points, to maintain a good level. The new process not only excellent index, and the technology is mature, can obtain obvious economic benefit.With a single mineral experiments data as the basis, the test method of batch scraping that lead, zinc ore concentrate cumulative recoveries, which were fitted with the classical flotation kinetics model, and the flotation kinetics model best matches obtained, calculate the flotation kinetics constants, tests were carried out on the small test laboratory.
