Lead and zinc have important applications in various industrial development.There are many lean ores in lead and zinc ores in China,the total grade of lead and zinc is low,and there are many associated components,so it is difficult to concentrate.In order to meet the needs of industry,it is urgent to study the beneficiation technology for different types of lead-zinc ores in order to effectively improve the recovery rate of lead-zinc mineral resources.Zhenan Mutonggou lead-zinc ore is a lead-zinc ore mainly composed of zinc and coexisting copper metals.Zinc grade is 3.64%,lead grade is 0.50%,copper grade is 0.092%.Lead,zinc and copper minerals are closely related to each other,and their distribution size is not uniform.On the basis of a large number of experiments,detailed conditional tests such as flow structure,grinding fineness and dosage of reagents are carried out for the lead-zinc ore,which provides a basis for the design of the concentrator and comprehensive recovery and utilization of lead,zinc and copper mineral resources.It is analyzed.Through the flotability test of the raw ore,it is determined that:comparing the two technological processes of partial mixed flotation and iso-flotation,it is found that the regrinding amount of partial mixed flotation process is small,the grade of zinc concentrate is high,the lead-copper separation is carried out after mixed flotation,the copper concentrate index obtained by direct regrinding process of lead-copper rough concentrate is better,the lead recovery rate of lead concentrate is the highest,but the lead grade is not enough.The results show that the direct regrinding FLOTATION-GRAVITY separation process of lead-copper crude concentrate has a high regrinding yield,the grade of lead can be increased to more than 60%,and the recovery rate of copper in copper concentrate is high,and the content and loss rate of copper in zinc concentrate is relatively low.Closed-circuit tests were carried out under the optimum technological conditions by using the process of"lead-copper partial mixed flotation-lead-copper separation-gravity separation":ethyl xanthate should be used as collector for lead-copper roughing,with a dosage of 50g/t,a combination of lime,zinc sulfate and sodium sulfite as inhibitor for zinc,with a dosage of 600g/t,600g/t and 300g/t;and lime 1000g/t should be used for zinc roughing under alkaline conditions.The collector used butyl xanthate 40 g/t,activator 300 g/t,collector Z-200 for lead-copper separation,15 g/t for lead,and combination inhibitor of sodium silicate +potassium dichromate + CMC for lead.The dosage was 100 g/t,75 g/t and 20 g/t for lead-copper separation.The primary grinding fineness of the ore is-0.075mm,which accounts for 65%.The mixed coarse concentrate of lead and copper is selected by partial mixed flotation of lead and copper.The mixed coarse concentrate is regrinded to-0.037mm,which accounts for 90%.The mixed concentrate of lead and copper is obtained by two concentrations The mixed concentrate of lead and copper is separated by restraining lead FLOTATION-GRAVITY flotation,and the tailings are mixed and flotated again for zinc.The closed-circuit test results show that the grade and recovery of zinc concentrate are 58.75%and 94.63%respectively;the grade and recovery of lead concentrate are 60.53%and 37.78%respectively;and the grade and recovery of copper concentrate are 27.64% and 55.01% respectively.
