Using reverse of gas-liquid two phases at high speed in pipe, Dynawave forms a high-speed turbulent bubble area which makes full use of the energy from gas and liquid two phase flow, has enough liquid dispersive mixing ability. Compared with other cleaning technology, it has high purification efficiency and enhanced absorption characteristics. To the treatment of gas or flue gas, it can be completed dust removal and desulfurization at the same time. The device has the advantages of small volume, moderate resistance, widely operation flexibility. In the foreign countries this technology has been used in many industrial processes, and has been set up 300 sets of device, which are used for oil refinery has about 15 sets.Using the self-made dynawave, sodium hydroxide solution as the desulfurizer, air mixed with H2S simulating gas, studied on the desulfurization efficiency under different operating conditions, and gained the corresponding operating conditions which reaches to the highest removal efficiency. The experimental results show that:different desulfurization liquid has different efficiency, and the sodium hydroxide solution is the better desulfurization liquid. The desulfurization efficiency increases with the ratio of liquid and gas. The better ratio of liquid and gas is about 0.8. The desulfurization efficiency increases with the concentration of sodium hydroxide solution. The better concentration of sodium hydroxide solution is 0.5mol/L, and the desulfurization rate is 88%. In the experiment, with the increase of the diameter of the column the desulfurization rate decreased under the same operating conditions. Analyzed the mass transfer process of the tower, the efficiency is high at the center of the purification and the efficiency of the tower wall is low, the diameter of the column is larger and its total removal efficiency is low. Therefore, the production process of high load can be taken as a "multi center effect" which can enhance the mass transfer effect, increase the total removal rate.On the basis of the experiment, the production equipment has been designed. To the processing capacity of 7500m3/h, the height of column is 10m, effective area is 4.2m and is arranged at hexagonal which has length of 275mm. The diameter of desulfurization liquid nozzle is 10mm. The average removal rate of tower is above 85%. The design of the dynamic wave washing technology makes applications become possible in gas desulfurization.
