Our country is the first one to invent planting mulberry and silkworm breeding in the world. widespread planting mulberry, yield of mulberry, developing mulberry fiber can effectively promote the favorable development of cocoon industry, it is of great practical significance, especially in the protection of ecological environment,alleviating energy shortage and so on. Mulberry fiber belongs to the natural fiber,good moisture permeability, soft hand feel and easy to dye, it has a certain antibacterial function, it is pure natural green environmental protection for the sustainable development of fiber.This article studied mulberry fiber degumming in different ways, the research shows that: although alkali degumming can meet the requirement of slub, complicated long production process, long processing, big intensity of labor and serious pollution are harmful to protect the environment. Enzyme degumming has no pollution, but the cost is high and the fiber stability is poor, degumming is likely to be imperfect,Ultimately, supplemented by chemical degumming.Microwave- enzyme- chemical combined degumming use microwave treatment,greatly improving degumming efficiency, reducing the lye concentration and dosage,and avoiding the further damage to the mulberry fiber, through analysis of orthogonal experiment, the effect is the best when microwave processing time is 30 s, enzyme processing time was 4 h, concentration of alkali treatment was 15%.Analyzing and comparing through scanning electron microscope, infrared spectrum, thermal analyzer, X-ray diffraction, nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) and other equipment of the structure and properties of mulberry fiber, the research shows that mulberry after chemical treatment, especially after microwave- enzyme-chemotherapy treatment, mulberry fiber hydrogen bonding effect, thermal stability have been enhanced. Mulberry fiber has the spin ability, excellent antimicrobial properties.Extraction of pectin on mulberry, having a single factor experiment research on influencing the processing extraction of pectin. the research shows that considering the extraction stability, under the mulberry skin with hydrochloric acid as extract, p H value of 4, 150 min, the extraction time than 1:60 processing conditions, the best yield of pectin.Having finished introducing mulberry fiber and the process design of the eddy cotton blended yarn and using orthogonal experiment to optimize process design,it shows that using the spinning speed of 300 m/min, nozzle pressure of 0.6 Mpa, and 18 mm front roller of the distance to the top of the spindle is the optimal process.
