The Development And Application Research Of Special Oil Agent For Vortex Spun Viscose Fiber

Viscose fiber is a cellulose fiber obtained by extracting and remolding fiber molecules from natural wood cellulose,and is a kind of regenerated cellulose fiber.Viscose fiber has good hygroscopicity and meets the physiological requirements of human skin.It has the characteristics of smooth and cool,breathable,antistatic,anti-ultraviolet,beautiful color and good color fastness.It has the quality of cotton and silk.Currently the viscose fiber is widely used in various types of underwear,textiles,clothing,non-woven and other fields.Natural fiber has a layer of natural oil on the surface and has good textile properties.After the work of water washing and desulfurization,the impurities in the viscose fiber are removed,but there is no oil on the surface.So the viscose fiber can not be directly used on spinning.The fiber must be oiled through an oiling process.At present,the imported oil agent is used by most companies.The viscose fiber has good fiber surface properties after being oiled by the imported oil,which can satisfy the spinning of ordinary ring spinning,compact siro spinning and low speed vortex spinning.In recent years,the vortex spinning equipment has been upgraded very quickly,and the maximum spinning speed has been increased from 240 m/min to 500 m/min.With the increase of vortex spinning speed,the more broken ends in the viscose spinning process and the lower spinning efficiency.It not only increases the labor intensity of the workers,but also greatly reduces the output of the yarn,and the quality of the yarn fell rapidly.It can be seen that the imported oil used for viscose fiber can not meet the demand of high speed vortex spinning.It is urgent to develop special oil for vortex viscose fiber to impart better surface properties to the fiber and meet the requirements of high speed vortex spinning.In response to this problem,the surface properties of viscose fiber under high speed vortex spinning were studied.The imported oil was analyzed and special oil for vortex viscose fiber was developed and obtained the oil formulation.The application of the oil agent was studied,and the oiling process was improved,and the fiber obtained good surface properties.The fiber oiled by the special oil agent was spun by high-speed vortex spinning,the spinning performance was excellent,and the spinning efficiency was improved to 98% or more,and the yarn quality is improved.
