These two issues are studied in this dissertation: one is to improve the wet rub fastness of cotton corduroy fabric; the second is to improve the peel strength of polyester laminated fabric. These issues are real problems to be solved at present in a factory.From the perspective of the fiber bonding, the poor reasons of dark cotton corduroy fabric wet rubbing fastness were studied by using the color rubbing fastness, K/S values ?and chromatic aberration to study the effects of finishing to wet rubbing fastness of the fabric of Gemini surfactant, organic fluorine water repellent agent, fixing agent,water-soluble monomers, special acrylate. Experimental results show that: 1) The method of increasing the fluff bonding strength of cotton corduroy fabric is the key to improve the wet rubbing fastness; 2) Cationic or anionic Gemini active agent, waterproofing agent(organic fluorine water repellent, AKD, etc.) can’t improve the wet rubbing fastness; 3)The finishing methods of commercially available fixative or water-soluble vinyl monomers can improve the wet rub fastness 1 to 2 level; 4) The fixative SD-B was prepared by special acrylic acid ester and fixatives to improve the wet rub fastness 2 to 3level through optimized process: the concentration of the fixing agent SD-B was 60g/L,once dip and again padding, the temperature was 170℃, the time was 3min.Based on the glue factory laminated composite formulation and process conditions remain unchanged, the effect of polymerization of acrylic polyester to fabric laminated composite adhesive fastness was studied with the L16(215) orthogonal test method by taking the six kinds from 16 kinds of special acrylates as research objects. The results show that: 1) The monomers SCM3261 and SCM3263 were added to the polymerization can improve the peel strength of the composite fabric, with the better role of the monomerSCM3261; 2) Although the monomers SCM3263 and SCM3241 can’t increase the peel strength obviously, them can improve the wash-ability of laminated composite fabric.
