The Ecological Environment Sensitivity Evaluation And Ecological Function Zoning Research Of The City Fringe Area

The conflict between social-economic development and ecological environment as a hot issue, has been continuing concerned in the construction of global sustainable development. In order to ease the contradiction more effectively, the key lies in starting from regional ecological resources and environment characteristics, taking the ecological environment sensitivity evaluation and ecological function zoning research as the foundation, understanding the main problems in different regional ecological systems, thus to propose the targeted environmental protection strategy for regional development.With the rapid advancement of urbanization process in China, urban function space constantly spillover to the suburbs, which led a complex space that urban and rural areas in combination--the city fringe area. The city fringe area has a variety of land use patterns and different space landscape forms, all kinds of complicated relationships made it as the most contradict area between urban spatial extension and ecological environment. In taking the southwest area of Fengman district of Jilin city as the research object, expanding the ecological environment sensitivity evaluation and ecological function zoning research, expected to find a new development model of urban and rural areas under the perspective of ecological civilization, to achieve the southwest area’s long-term development of social economy and ecological environment.Chapter I: Expounding the background, the targets and the methods of the research.Chapter II: Explaining the basic theories in this research.Chapter III: Determining the scope of the study area.Chapter IV: The ecological environment sensitivity evaluation of the study area.Chapter V: The ecological functional division of the study area.
