Research On Ecological Demonstration Area Construction Planning Of Jiangyou City

The construction of ecological demonstration area in some place with better ecology is one of the ecological economic Projects in practicing sustainable development strategy for Chinese government, which greatly depends on total quality of the planning that is urgently in need of development in planning theories, methods and standard regulations. The study aim of the paper is to establish a kind of planning theory or method which are suitable for elological demonstration area construction in Jiangyou and set up a kind of frame for the certain purpose.The work concerns about ecological demonstration areas construction planning of Jiangyou city,and establishes ecological economic model of ecological demonstration area.The basic theories of construction planning of ecological demonstration area were researched preliminarily, which included foundation of theories and methods, relations with other plannings.The potentials of sustainable development and enviromental enduring in Jiang you city were analysed and then the guiding theory of ecological demonstration area planning in Jiang you city was defined. The basic process in planning of ecological demonstration area construction was put forward.The development strategy of vigorously developing industry and promoting tourism in Jiang you city and the practicing of it were analysed by using gray system theory. The ecological demonstration area construction projects were intergrated successfully with social developing strategy projects. The ecological adaptability was analysed and ecological economic zoning wan achieved on the basis of local industrial, structure and industrial distribution. The key construction fields and main construction projects were arranged with their importance by using analytic hierarchy process, which provide basis in the decision-making for local government.The planning method and building frame mentioned in the paper are fit for Jiangyou's local condition, which can keep up with local developing strategy. In the paper, the developing content, developing model and economic structure were investigated and studied by environmental point, circle economic point and sustainable developing point. Although the work approachs the subject from the5situation of Jiangyou city, it can provide the experience and guidance to construction of ecological demonstration area, which have abundant tourism resources or developed industry.
