In the manufacturing industry of rapid development at the same time, some special processing technology is gradually replace the traditional processing technology, continuously reflect the special processing technology in the field of certain advantages.Electrochemical grinding is a kind of special processing, the use of contact type processing, it not only contains the advantages of traditional processing, but also improves the stability and consistency of the processed products.But because of the factors affecting electrochemical machining is more complex, and the change of the relationship between various parameters is subtle, so in order to better understand the electrochemical machining technology, this paper focuses on some key parameters of the experiment data acquisition, and analyze the effect of different processing parameters of electrochemical grinding parts quality of weight.This paper research content is as follows:through the study of electrochemical principle, combined with domestic and foreign scholars on electrochemical grinding processing of experimental data, fully considering the influence of various experimental parameters, set the basic experiment data.The resulting the debug scope of key parameters of electrochemical grinding and processing law, at the same time also analyzed how to raise better and more efficient electrochemical machining efficiency.through the change of the parameters, the experimental data are not the same thing, under different parameters are analyzed, the surface quality of the state of the processed parts, has been clear about the state parameters affecting electrochemical grinding surface quality change trend.the experimental data obtained by using Minitab to the stability and reliability analysis, further verify the high precision of electrochemical grinding, high efficiency.
