A Study Of Supplier Assessment System Based On Risk Prevention Of DS GAS Production Plant

The history of supply chain management in Petrochemical industry is shorter than automobile manufacturing, retail and processing industry, for the supplier evaluation and selection index system establishment are still in the stage of exploratory. This paper will learn the advanced experience of other industries, fully integrated petrochemical industry characteristics, and attempt to establish supplier evaluation system in line with the actual petrochemical industry.This paper introduces the basic theory of supplier risk management and evaluation.Then based on DS gas production plant supplier evaluation questions for the study, It constructs in line with the actual systematic evaluation index system, and select the gray correlation analysis evaluation method and the AHP to comprehensive evaluate suppliers. Finally, according to the analysis this paper puts forward several measures for DS gas production plant to effectively manage supplier risk. Practically speaking,evaluation is usually a combination of qualitative and quantitative, therefore, this paper analyzes the application of the method to select the method of gray theory, gray correlation model combines AHP, the ability to withstand supply chain risk factors that reflect the company from the key is chosen, representative indicators for suppliers to build a set of evaluation index system, to ensure that the core of the modern supply chain management companies choose to evaluate the correctness of suppliers in order to achieve low risk purposes. Study of this system will build petrochemical industry supply chain management provides an important reference.1. In terms of index selection. By means of expert investigation and other related,selected 23 indicators of internal factors, external factors, etc., initially established a three-tier index evaluation system. Indicators covering technical factors, a number of aspects of quality factors, cost factors, growth potential suppliers, service factor,supplier response capability to evaluate the content of the basic coverage of all aspects of supplier management, forming a systematic, standardized evaluation system.2. Establish terms in the model. Taking into account the vendor management process qualitative categories of factors, the paper by selecting gray correlation model, using trend analysis of its characteristics, the systematic index system combining qualitative and quantitative organic integration of the mathematical model, to ensure that the indicators system management application effect in reality, for the practice of having a good reference.
