The road transport industry is one of the basic service industries of the national economy.In recent years,the demand for the road freight transportation industry has surged.With the development of heavy freight traffic and heavy-duty vehicles,the safety of commercial trucks has been greatly challenged.Therefore,this paper studies the driving risk identification,risk evaluation methods and risk prevention and control countermeasures of commercial trucks,which has a positive effect on the management of driving risks of commercial trucks and improving the safety level of commercial trucks.First,from a system perspective,the Generalized System Reliability Method is used to describe the topological structure of the commercial trucks driving system with network graphics.The overall safety and reliability of the commercial truck driving system are studied.Based on the data of the special truck accidents in Yunnan Province,the driver characteristics,vehicle characteristics,road and natural environment characteristics,and enterprise management characteristics of the truck operation accidents are analyzed.Furthermore,the risk assessment model of commercial trucks was constructed using the signal mechanism of artificial immune hazard theory and the improved dendritic cell algorithm.Then,the operation truck of a transportation group in Yunnan Province is taken as an example for application analysis.Finally,using domino theory and energy accidental release theory to establish the risk management structure of commercial trucks.Then,combined with the results of risk identification and risk evaluation,the risk prevention and control countermeasure database of commercial trucks is established,including the driver's driving safety protection countermeasure database,the vehicle technical condition improvement countermeasure database,the road safety facilities comprehensive improvement countermeasure database,and the transportation enterprise safety management countermeasure database.The research shows that the risk evaluation model established in this paper has good practicability,and can effectively use the monitoring data of the monitoring platform to evaluate the driving risk of the commercial truck,and provide a basis for the prevention and control of the commercial truck driving risk.The research on countermeasures for the prevention and control of commercial truck driving risks provides concrete countermeasures for enterprises and related departments to reduce risks,in order to reduce the occurrence of road traffic accidents on commercial trucks,and reduce casualties and social economic property losses caused by accidents.
