With the economy and society development of China, the business environment is constantly changing for Tobacco companies. These changes prompted the companies to improve service quality, reduce operational costs in order to increase market competitiveness. Cigarette logistics system is an important function part of the tobacco company. AS/RSs is the central hub of logistics system. Storage location assignment is the key link of the central hub. So it is great significance for the company that scientific and reasonable storage location assignment.BTC cigarette automated stereoscopic warehouse is responsible for the storage and sorting of Beijing cigarette. The company wants to make it into a modern logistics center, in order to meet the city’s nearly40000retail customers.This paper studies the storage location assignment optimization of BTC cigarette automated warehouse. Based on the current problems of BTC warehouse goods distribution, this paper proposed the goods distribution optimization method that based on the prediction of cigarette outbound frequency and the assocciation rules of cigarette demand.First of all, this paper thinks that the cigarette distribution should considers the real-time response to the market demand, the storage of cigarette should serve its outbound, so study the cigarette output frequency. According to the time series data of cigarette output frequency, and considering the seasonal characteristics of cigarette demand, this paper uses the time series decomposition model to predict the outbound frequency.Secondly, studied the correlation of cigarette demand. Based on the the "basket analysis" model of association rule mining and Apriori algorithms, with the help of SPSS Clemetine software, mined these BTC orders data. Then we get the strong association rules between each cigarette. Through the clustering analysis, this paper redraw the cigarette category.Thirdly, This paper proposed three specific objectives for location layout--minimizing the total imput-output time of the AS/RS; storing related cigarette products together; shelf stability. Then establishing a multi-objective slotting optimization model.Finally, solving this model by using the improved genetic algorithm. Then carring on the simulation analysis by Matlab software. It is concluded that the optimized scheme would make the BTC automated stereoscopic warehouse operate efficiency.
