With the continuous development of market economy and the process of reformand opening up, the tobacco industry is facing great challenges to increase theefficiency and reduce the logistics costs, because we are facing with an increasinglycomplex internal and external market environment, so, how to reduce their operatingcosts is a serious problem. The steps of Cigarette logistics distribution centerincluding cigarettes procurement, storage, warehousing, sorting, and other sectors,making the cigarettes from industrial enterprises to achieve eventually transferred tothe consumer space. These areas are mostly done through automated warehouse, andtherefore, the level of efficiency of its operation is directly related to the economicbenefits of tobacco logistics and warehouse storage.so, the chosen path is animportant influence warehouse efficiency index, so this thesis Considere these twoissues as a research priority.We can found that Shijiazhuang tobacco logistics enterprises on the actualsituation, the warehouse cargo space allocation strategy is not reasonable, when thesystem is executing the storage Operation it just randomly placed in the tray cigarettestore shelves empty cargo space, the library stacker find the target randomlyaccording to the system, and then take the tray to the exit platform sortingoperations.In this way, the lack of advanced scientific basis, which does not help thesmoke quick exit from the warehousing,and the storage of goods inventory areautilization is not high, the inventory turns and less efficient, seriously affecting theenterprise’s production organization and economic benefits. While the structure andfunction of complex access devices consume depreciation also has a great impact, sothe warehouse out of storage optimization study has great practical significance.To address the above two questions, the first under optimal bit allocation targetsestablished cargo optimization model, followed by the multi-objective problem by theweighting coefficient variation method into single objective problem, then use thegenetic algorithm.In order to verify the correctness of the algorithm, using MATLAB software to simulate and analyze the optimization results data before and afteroptimization manifested with three-dimensional graphics, it can be seen from thesimulation results that the optimized efficiency increases access to verify thepracticability of the algorithm, the stacker selection job approximate pathoptimization problem to solve the traveling salesman problem, traveling salesmanproblem is NP-hard problems, the optimal solution will be the number of the numberof cities with access to the exponential growth, and thus perform selected tasksstacker walking paths as well. To solve this problem, create a mathematical model ofthe shortest path, genetic algorithm derived stacker picking path to the optimalsolution, simulation results show that the proposed method is effective.
