ABSTRACT:In recent years, the national express market has developed more and more quickly. At the same time, the demand of express logistics service in Beijing grows up very fast and it results in the big increase of income of the Express in Beijing every year. What’s more important is that the high-growth of Express plays a stronger role in driving the GDP of Beijing. But more and more serious problems, such as Burglary warehouse of Express, homogeneous competition, hinder the development of Express. The18th Party Congress indicated that unit GDP energy consumption and Carbon Oxide emissions fell sharply. On one side, the development of express logistics of Beijing faces many problems. On the other side, Beijing pays more attention to the low carbon and environmental protection. According to this, this dissertation will build the system dynamics model about Logistics Policy of Express in Beijing based on Green and Environmental Protection. Through Modeling and simulation of policy, this dissertation will get the best policy recommendations. In this way, we can guide the express to develop better and enhance the core competitiveness of the express industry in Beijing under the low carbon and environmental protection. What’s more important is that we can promote the coordinated development of logistics, economic, energy and environment.First of all, this dissertation will make a deep research on status quo of express logistics of Beijing, based on the relative theory and research status. According to this, this dissertation will figure out the development characteristic of express logistics in Beijing. Then we make a deep research on policy of express logistics in Beijing and summarize the shortcomings. At the same time, we will make relativity analysis on the existing policy and the express logistics in Beijing based on green and environmental protection. After that, we will make gap analysis on the relativity analysis and the policy of express logistics in Beijing based on green and environmental protection. We will use the policy to diminish the gap. At last, we will analyze the necessity of building the system of green and environmental express logistics in Beijing.After that, this dissertation will build the Causal-Loop Diagram and System flowchart express logistics in Beijing based on Green and Environmental Protection. According to that, this dissertation builds its system dynamics model. After collecting a lot of relevant data of Beijing and model checking, this dissertation uses the Vensim PLE to do simulation and emulation of the related policy suggestion. At last, this dissertation will get the optimum combination of policy suggestion to promote sustainable development of express logistics in Beijing according to the results of Vensim PLE.
