In the background of energy lacking and social economy developing fast, logistics as the supporting industry in national economy has consumed a large number of energy and discharged the waste on the links function achievement, which imposed negative effects on sustainable social economic development and energy safety. Therefore, how to save the energy in logistics system and reduce the pollution emission to maximum degree has been a significant researching field and direction to fulfill the strategy of energy-saving and ejection-decreasing in logistics industry currently. The paper introduces the theory of system dynamics with the energy-saving and ejection-decreasing as the entry point, and re-constructs the relative elements of logistics system, making full consideration on the interaction of the elements and impact of surroundings, so as to establish logistics system dynamics model with deducting aim of energy-saving and ejection-decreasing. Applying the model to analyze the influence of energy -saving and ejection-decreasing to national economy in the future 20 years, and adjusting the model in four aspects in logistics demand scale, environment protection, scientific investment and logistics investment, the paper puts forward three schemes of adjusting demand scale, enforcing the energy-saving and ejection-decreasing, adjusting plus energy-saving and ejection-decreasing, and predicts the schemes impacting on GDP, logistics demand, energy consuming amount, pollution load in the period of Twelfth Five-Year Plan. Finally, in accordance with the enforcement results, the paper sets the development goal and suggestions on energy-saving and ejection-decreasing plan, making out in details the project of energy-saving and ejection-decreasing of logistics system, which provides the evidence to the future development and plan of logistics industry, and the policy of logistics energy-saving and ejection-decreasing in particular. The research and application of the paper shall play an active role in lending an impetus to the sustainable development and policy stipulation on logistics energy-saving and ejection-decreasing.
