This paper concludes that the skin material of seat surface is one of the important factorsaffecting comforts of soft dinning chair by analyzing factors affecting comfort of soft dinningchair, and the curve deformation condition that accords with ergonomics by conductingdeformation analysis under the pressure comfort threshold value effect of soft dinning chair’sskin material.Through learning and exploring comfort research both at home and abroad, after masteringrelated fundamental theories, this paper summarizes that data required by deformationsimulation analysis includes area, thickness and density of materials, area and location of thecontact surface and also the elastic parameters. Moreover, this paper collects and analyzesrelated data one by one.This paper selects the research object--soft dinning chair by the evaluation method of seatcomfort, and collects the basic information of seat’s skin material. Based on this research object,this paper tests those testers who conform to height and weight standard of using such product.This paper is taking advantage of pressure distribution measurement system to measure andcalculate the pressure distribution and area of the contact surface during the using process; thispaper applies the optical3D scanning system to scan the location of contact surface on the seatsurface in the process of using soft dinning chair; and through learning theory and measuringmethod of material’s elastic parameters, this paper calculates and concludes the material’s elasticparameters by fabric tensile test.At last, through finite element method, this paper analyzes the deformation of skin materialof the research object--soft dinning chair under the pressure comfort’s threshold value, obtainsthe curve deformation condition conforming to ergonomics and puts forward the results andapplying suggestions.
