Body pressure distribution testing methods are widely used in various fields,including clinical,rehabilitation,industry,design,etc.Among them,the body pressure distribution is an important criterion for evaluating the comfort of furniture.In people's daily life,the seat and bedding are the most common furniture with the highest frequency of use,and the factors affecting the body pressure distribution are various.In addition,seats with various functions and shapes are constantly emerging.Under the conditions of different users and different seat parameters,the human body's feeling of seat comfort will also change.Based on the test of body pressure distribution,this paper explores the relationship between seat material characteristics,user characteristics,seat parameters and comfort.In this paper,19 subjects were tested for body pressure distribution of seat factors and body mass index factors,and 57 subjects were tested for the same subjective evaluation.By comparing different seat height,the combination of seat height and inclination angle,and the differences between different body types.Taking this as a breakthrough point,this paper looks forward to the development prospect of this technical field and provides a reference for the study of furniture comfort.The main results are as follows:(1)When the height of the seat surface is h-50 mm,h-25 mm,h,h-25 mm and H +50mm respectively,the comfort of the seat surface is better when the height is h and h-25 mm,and the worst when the height is h-50 mm.(H is the height of the knee and hamstring of the subject)(2)When the height of the seat surface is h and h-25 mm,the angle of the backrest is 90 °,105 °,120 °,135 °,and the angle of the backrest is 105 ° and 120 °,the subjective comfort of the subjects is better,and the worst is 90 °.(3)When the seat height is h,h-25 mm,and the inclination angle is 105 ° and120 °,the larger the body index is,the larger the contact area,average pressure and average pressure gradient will be.When the seat height is h and the inclination angle is 120 °,the subjects of the three body types have the highest overall comfort scores.
