With the increasing shortage of water resources, in order to conserve waterresources and improve the utilization of water resources, wastewater treatment hasbecome a national environmental protection work in the pivotal part. In the process ofcontinuous development of China’s pharmaceutical industry, the pharmaceuticalwastewater has become one of the important sources of water pollution. As thepharmaceutical wastewater often have complex components, high organic content,color depth, biodegradable characteristics, these conditions limit the traditionalbiological treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater treatment can not achieve thedesired effect.In this paper, the new treatment process should rely on existing structures tomaximize. The process of the program use the pretreatment+facultative+MBRtechnology, easy device operation mode and easy operation and management, theeffluent can meet the Discharge standard of water pollutants for pharmaceuticalindustry Mixing/Compounding and formulation category permitted by the state.A pharmaceutical factory will expand production scale and increase the newsolid preparation workshop, the effluent should meet the GB21908-2008Dischargestandard of water pollutants for pharmaceutical industry Mixing/Compounding andformulation category, but the existing effluent treatment process can not meet thenew emission standards. In this paper, according to the current station ofpharmaceutical wastewater, the quality and quantity of sewage, the original treatmentstructure, we redesign a cost-effective pharmaceutical wastewater treatment process.The contents of this project include: the overall design of wastewater treatmentstation; inside and outside pipe network of sewage stations and the cell bodyreconstruction, HazMat systems, construction materials, process equipment,production, installation; electrical, instrumentation and automation design, installation;process piping acquisition, production, installation; ancillary facilities constructionand installation works. The process of the program uses pretreatment+facultative anaerobic+MBR technology, and sludge treatment uses volute filter press dewatering.The process has simple equipment operation mode, easy operation and management.The effluent can meet the appropriate standards.
