With the enhancement of people's environmental consciousness,the treatment of high-concentration organic wastewater of high toxicity and hard biodegradation were studied as the focus. Since the pharmaceutical wastewater has kinds of compounds,low biodegradability,the important pollutants such as COD are out of criterion,the treatment of pharmaceutical eastewater is considered the one of the most difficult treatments for the most of pharmaceutical companies. So,in order to improve its biodegradability,we should pretreat the water. In this study, combined with Fenton-anaerobic digestion process on the pharmaceutical wastewater, COD as the main indicator to study the main processing unit and the treatment effect of the combination process.The preliminary operating conditions were determined by orthogonal experiments,and each effecting factor was analyzed according to preliminary operating conditions.The optimal operating conditions were determined by researching effecting factors. PH=4, FeSO4dosage of 0.02mol/L, the proportion of H2O2 and FeSO4 is 13, the reaction time is 120min。Under such conditions,the treatment had obvious effect. COD removal rate reached 81.1%,there was a marked improvement in color which was from pale yellow into colorless.Pretreated wastewater by Fenton reagent oxidation of water into biochemical unit. Some experiments on varying factors on anaerobic reactor such as PH,COD volume loading and we get the most suitable conditions.The results indicated thaf:at the conditions of about 35±1℃, hydraulic retention time is 12h and the concentration of COD at entrance is 1423-1624mg/L,COD removal rate reached 86.7~88%.In processing of treating waste water with combined of fenton-anaerobic reactor, The CODcr of the removal rate and stability than pharmaceutical factory existing anaerobic treatment system are increasing,, The method provide experimental basis for its application to this wastewater treatment.
