Superconducting materials and nano materials has caught people’s attention and became the research focus in the world, for its characteristics and potential application prospect, therefore the shattering of the superconducting material is very important. Vibration mill is driving by motor though flexible coupling, the spindle rotation driving the eccentric block produced vibration force, then use spring to make cylinder vibration, so that the materials and grinding media within the cylinder shock, collision, breaking and grinding materials. The high frequency vibration of the vibration mill made the working medium hit the material on high speed and impact frequency, materials can be realized micron or even nanoscale crushing. By adjusting the parameters of the vibration and medium size to control technology, it can realize the control of granularity. Its structure is relatively simple, so vibration mill can easy to realize microminiaturization.This paper firstly calculated using the theory of crushing department of bismuth copper oxide HTS material crushing to micron particle size needed for the vibration intensity, amplitude and the motor speed, and carries on the vibration analysis of vibration mill, it is concluded that the eccentricity, and calculate the specific parameters of the spring vibration isolation design, which can accomplish the integral design of the vibration mill.Secondly, the use of Solidworks software for vibration mill 3D solid modeling of parts, generating parametric parts and assemblies; vibration mill motion simulation, obtained amplitude vibration mill, grinding balls trajectory and other performance parameters, preliminary test design rationality; at the same time on the strength of the key components of the axis of the finite element analysis, the stress distribution and dangerous parts, and confirm the safety of the design.Finally, to complete the design, drawing CAD drawings, manufacturing entity vibration mill the parts, and assembly debugging. After passing inspection, the copper group of bismuth compounds HTS materials vibration grinding experiments, crushed, dried, sieved crushed material particle size was observed in the ho hirox RH-7700 stereo microscope and compare with the expected value analyze and debug vibration mill parameters continuously repeated experiments, and ultimately arrive at a more ideal experimental results meet the micron size requirements.
