Mineral sample analysis is the key in the process of mineral processing and mining, crushing and fine grinding of mining samples are the essential link. The mineral sample device in our country is relatively backward, and theoretical basis and research of the mineral sample device cannot meet the needs of mining development. As an the important mining sample milling equipment,the vibration mill have some shortcomings,such as the weak research, the low design level and the higher maintenance costs.So the dynamic analysis and experimental research of vertical vibration mill are done based on the structure design of its in this thesis, the main research work has the following four aspects:(1) Grinding mechanism of vertical vibration mill is analyzed based on vibration mechanics and fracture mechanics, and according to different eccentric structure form of vibration mill, two kinds of vertical vibration mill are designed. Using the SolidWorks 3D modeling software,structure geometry modeling of eccentric pot body and grinding medium in two vibration mill are done, and virtual assembly are completed, which provide more accurate basis for for kinematic analysis of the vibration mill.(2) Based on the use of virtual prototype technology,3D model of two vibration mills is simplified and established for the kinematic model by using ADAMS. And on this basis, in view of no-load and load conditions in the vibration mill, dynamic performances of pot body and grinding medium are simulated and analyzed, such as displacement, velocity, acceleration, energy and kinetic energy. The results show that the load have effects on motion of pot body and grinding medium,the main motion of pot body is translation, less vertical movement, the main motion of grinding medium are horizontal collision motion and rotation motion, less flip vertical movement.On the basis of kinematic analysis, the two types of vibration mill motion are analyzed by the total kinetic energy and translational energy, and the vibration mill type of better movement effect is determined accordingly.Those analysis results provide some certain theoretical basis for the design of vertical vibration mill.(3) Based on the analysis of kinematic analysis in vertical vibration mill, using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench, firstly,the statics analysis of eccentric mechanism(the core of vertical vibration mill components) is done, which obtains the distribution contour of stress and strain. Second, modal analysis of eccentric mechanism and eccentric block of vertical vibration mill is done, the vibration frequency and vibration mode of those is obtained. Finally, fatigue analysis of eccentric shaft is done.the results showed that the eccentric mechanism of vertical vibration mill fully satisfies the dynamic requirement, and is safe and reliable, as well as provides certain theoretical basis for experimental analysis of vibration grinding machine.(4) On the basis of kinematic and dynamic properties analysis of vertical vibration mill, the optimal design scheme is chosen to do the prototype test in the enterprise, and the grinding effect of vertical vibration mill is tested. the test results prove that the design of vertical vibration mill basically meet the requirements of actual use, and accord with theoretical analysis.
