On The Land Reclamation Of Typical Minng Areas In Zezhou County Of Jincheng City

With the development of Chinese economy, the problems such as land damages and ecological problems in coal and mine areas are becoming increasingly serious. Affects the ecological environment of mining area, agricultural production, regional economic development. Therefore, according to the local natural conditions, social economic condition of maximum to land exploitation and utilization of coal mine area, make it after the reclamation achieve maximum economic, ecological and social benefits, meet the needs of sustainable development of mining area, is the problem to be solved.This paper the brief introduction of the industrial and mining land reclamation and the principle and mode, on the basis of industrial and mining land reclamation in jincheng zezhou Wang Po coal mining area as an example, the typical Wang Po compiled a typical mining area coal mine land reclamation project, and through the typical Wang Po mining area coal mine land reclamation of social benefit, economic benefit and ecological benefit analysis, demonstrates the feasibility and rationality of reclamation project plan.The main results of this paper are as followed:(1)the typical Wang Po coal mining area of land use status, land use type, land use structure, land reclamation suitability and potential new land has carried on the analysis and evaluation.(2) Taking Wangpo Coal Mine as an example, taking comprehensive engineering measures and biological measures, formulating land reclamation plans for industrial and mining wasteland. The land leveling project is 23503.00m3, land reclamation area is 36523.2 m3; farmland shelterbelt is 0.0406h m2 and road engineering project is 800 m.(3) Making the analysis about the social, economic and ecological benefits of the reclamation area of Wangpo Coal Mine. Through the analysis of the social, economic and ecological benefit of this project, the feasibility and rationality of this project has proved. After the project is implemented, net income will increase 46,100 RMB per year, the project payback period is about 13 years, which effectively increases the income of farmers and the per capita arable land.
